    Artist Statement

I am concerned with living strategies, sustainability and societies’ changing relationship to the natural environment.  I am interested in prehistoric archaeology, ecology, communities and collaboration.

My practice includes photography, sculpture, installation and the gathering and diffusion of survival skills and craft processes through walks, imagry and workshops.

I am part of artist collective Vulpes Vulpes: Four artists interested in social histories, the built environment, notions of community, education and social structures. Through running an artist led space together since 2009, hosting exhibitions, performances and workshops, we became involved in each other’s individual practices and in 2011 began collaborating alongside our programme.
